இலங்கையின் மாகாணங்கள் என்பது ஒரு உள்ளூராட்சி அமைப்பாகும். இதன் படி இலங்கை 9 மாகாணங்களாகப் பிரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 9 மாகாணங்களும் தனித்தனி மாகாண சபைகளின் கீழ் நிர்வகிக்கப்படுகிறன
